Really like this pub, the atmosphere here is really good and friendly, the staff here when we went were really polite and friendly, i really like this place they do lots of drinks promotions, also they have food which is really nice and not too expensive, upstairs there is a club too, this place provides a REALLY GREAT NIGHT OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The walkabout is quite a good venue to watch big sports games in..
The food's a bit hit and miss and there's a club upstairs which gets quite busy on the weekends.

As expected
I worked at a Walkabout in another city for two years and it is a really fun place with good drinks promos. However in Bristol the customers can be rowdy, drunk and everything else you would expect from a pub in the centre of town. Saying that, they play really good music and the place is huge, enabling you to escape the aforementioned undesirables!

ive never been in this walkabout before 11pm at night so the review is going to be a bit biased but i love it here! the music is always the same, the drinkers are always the same but at least you know what you are going to get when you pay to get in! down stairs you can sing your heart out to 'sweet child of mine' and 'stuck in the middle with you' till your hearts content - just be care full not to slip on the spilt WKD Blue thats always on the blooming floor!

Aah Walkabout. Some people say that if you've been in one Walkabout, you've been in them all. However, Bristol's edition of the famous Australian bar seems different to any of the others I've ever been in. The huge open plan bar with plenty of seating and sofa opportunities makes it a very comfortable and welcoming place to go to whether you're after a quiet drink, a meal or a night on the tiles. With two huge screens and a bunch of smaller screens, Walkabout is a great place to catch the action. The food is great, the beer is great and the staff are very friendly. Walkabout Bristol is a regular feature on any my nights out in town.
