the staff are really nice the food is really good and the price is really good.
i would really reccommend the CHICKEN OPEN PIE its got to be the best pie i've ever tried..

Beyond expectations
We have recently moved to the area and the best place to eat out is at the Bumble Bee just off the A38 in Gloucester.
Everytime I have had a lovely meal... and the chocolate brownie pudding is to die for!

Above expectations
I agree with you Jess... The Bumble Bee is a great local pub. Great location too if you're meeting with friends from around the area with loads of parking and close (but not too close) to the motorway. Great too in the Summer with its large beer garden (also good for smokers!) :-)
I'd reccommend the Hunters Chicken from the Menu... always a popular choice amongst my friends.

As expected
This is a nice place to eat, they do good pub food like pies and sausages, all the usual dishes to expect.
The puddings are lovely, old fashioned things like treacle tart and spotted dick with custard yummy!
They do tasty roasts on Sundays too.
It's the good old fashioned pay at the bar and take spoon with a number on it to your table with wooden chairs and a pot of cutlery but great atmosphere and very laid back feeling.
Good when you want pub grub!
