The high street under one roof!

The Mall is a great place to shop for popular, high street stores. Its very convenient and easy to find, just off the motorway with plenty of parking and all the shops under one roof, so no worrying what the weathers going to be like! It gets busy on weekends as do most shops but is open late so you can go in the evening/after work instead. Its open even later in the run upto christmas and the Ice Rink provided outside all of December is magical. Other various promotions take place outside throughout the year. The food hall is not too pricey, with plenty of choice and the department stores also have cafes. Toilets, cash points and payphones are provided and everywhere is clean! Always a lively, busy atmosphere which reflects in most of the staff who are very helpful. It really is everything you need for a great days, hassle free, shopping!

Shopping Heaven - loads of choice of shops all under one roof. Going there at Christmas is a must for everything you need and the ice rink too although avoid the weekends! Red Arrows are a plus too!

Don't get me wrong. This place was OK. It's just I was expecting more. I've heard friends in Bristol bang on about this place so much I was expecting shopping heaven. It's basically just a shopping centre on the side of a motorway. Huge car park and plenty of large stores. Maybe I'm being harsh. It was OK. Go there.

Broadmead under one roof

The Mall is pretty much what you'd expect it to be - an out of town under cover shopping mall with all the high street shops under one roof. That's not to say I hate it but I don't particularly rate it. If you go for the normal high street trends then you will love it - it has all the shops like Warehouse, Karen Millen, Bank, Jane Norman, Pilot, Topshop, Miss Selfridge, New Look etc. but if you prefer a slightly less popular look then Park Street may be better for Bristol clothes shopping. It has all the features of a trip to town without paying for parking or being outside in the cold/rain/blazing sun, but then that can also be a downside as it's a pretty characterless place. However, one thing you mustn't miss is the magical little Ice Rink they have outside for the whole of December - go after dark and it's really romantic!
