Lovely atmosphere
This is a greast Thai experience. the restaurant is small with a good feel. The food is a good quality delicate Thai. Service as with most Thai is higher than you normally expect. Well worth a vist and located in the centre of Norwich.

Review of Pedros

Very big meals
Pedros is a great mexican experience. The atmosphere is good with plenty of scope for party booking. It would be ideal. The food portions are enormous. If you can get through three courses it would be a remarkable achievement. All the usual stuff you would expect plus the opportunity to wear a sombrero.

Review of Wagamama
21 Apr 08, 16:53
Quality mix
Good and reasonable priced food is served with main meals between £7-12. The food seems to be a japanese derivative and is cooked fresh. This does cause some problems as you may have to wait for all meals to be delivered to the table. My advice would be to start as soon as it arrives! The decor is very airy and you sit on large benches. Good atrmosphere.

Review of Spice Lounge
21 Apr 08, 16:47
Quality Indian
The spice lounge ios located in the Tombland area of Norwich which is hub of evening activity. The decor is contemporary rather than traditional Indian!! The food is of a very high standard and the service good to the point of being too good if you just want a quiet meal. They really do make sure that you are ok! A great experience.

Good hotel
The George is surprising. Initially it feels a little old buit then as you experience the facilities, rooms and food it offers surprising quality. Generally above the normal hotel experience.

Review of The Rose & Crown
15 Apr 08, 15:11
Great hotel
The Rose and Crown is in a great location being only a 10 min walk to the centre of Colchester. The hotel offers the best of both worlds. It has some very old rooms with those that want character but if you ask for the executive rooms you get brand new facilities and decor. The choice is yours. The restaurant provides good quality food and above that normally expected at chain hotels.

Review of The George
15 Apr 08, 14:45
Old but..........
The George is an extremely old hotel with loads of character. It is in a prime location in the high street. If you want the location and to stay in rooms where the floor has a hill, the doors creak and don't fir then this is for you. This is all part of the character of old building.

Review of The County Hotel
15 Apr 08, 14:42
Revamp
The County hotel has recently been revamped both in terms of the rooms and also the restuarant and lounge areas. It is not one of the better Chelmsford hotels to stay in for both quality and access to amenities.

Review of Mad Moose Restaurant Pub/Restaurant
15 Apr 08, 10:07
Character bar
The Mad Mouse is located in a fantastic area of Norwich, the "golden triangle". There is parking nearby. It is popular and you need to book early. The food style is not at all related to pub/bar food at all. it is more high end English. Well worth a visit.
