Review of La Rueda

La Rueda 3*

The best thing in this restaurant is the wine list that, predominantly Spanish, is pleasantly affordable, the majority of bottles under £20. The worst thing were the desserts, they were of the chilled cabinet variety, and didn't look too appealing.Staff is nice and helpful and the restaurant is very clean.

Review of Union Cafe

Good and Not Cheap 4*

Union Café is nice and often busy, but food is really good so I recommend to go there. I had a beetroot risotto with vermouth, chargrilled salmon with black olive mash and a salad. Everything was delicious and well cooked. There is no doubt that there is a very confident cook at work at the Union Café. It's not cheap, even by London standards, but it's good value.

Review of Woodlands

Woodlands 3*

The food is traditional south Indian vegetarian fare, so you won't find your hackneyed menu of tikka masalas, kormas or biryanis here. Compared to most Indian restaurants, there is a good range of desserts. Gulab jamun, slightly chewy cardamom-scented fried milk balls in a sticky syrup, kulfi, Indian ice-cream that can be found in a variety of flavours and carrot halva, a dense pudding that has the consistency of fudge.

Review of The Wallace Collection

Wallace Collection 3*

The Wallace Collection gives the possibility to have an idea of aristocratic life of XVIII century. This ia a beautiful and redecorated building. Here there are paintings of XVII and XVIII centuries, porcelains, objects d'art and furnitures.

Review of Sherlock Holmes Museum

Sherlock Holmes Museum 3*

The Sherlock Holmes Museum is the most popular privately run museum in London. This museum is dedicated to the famous detective Sherlock Holmes. It is situated at 239 Baker Street, close to Regent's Park. This house contains old relics, caps and paintings, dips and shaking portcullis. I'm honest, is not an amazing museum.

Review of Marks and Spencer

Good Food 4*

I like to go to M & S. The shop has 3 floor, is clean and well organised. The staff is polite and always helpful. I usualli buy food in this shop, even if I find it quite expensive. At the same time, I'm happy to spend more to have very high quality products. I can say, infact, that food is very good and fresh.

Fish and Chips 5*

I've been in this restaurant one time with my friends, but I'll go there again for sure! This is a 2 floor restaurant, not so big but comfortable and it's one of the most old and traditional places where people can eat the real fish and chips. The waiters are kind and helpful and the service is quick. The food is very very good! They offer different kinf of fresh fish and tasty fries with sause.
